In it's heyday in the 1990's, Blockbuster Video ruled home entertainment, opening thousands of stores across the world at a relentless pace. But it adopted a 'we've always done it this way' mindset and didn’t see the coming digital future until it was too late.

In this video blog I explore the amazing story of Blockbuster Video and three lessons I've learnt from it for leading transformation and change programmes.
